1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, enrolling in our courses, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment & Requirements

A. Eligibility

To enroll in any of our flight training programs, you must meet the following criteria:
✔ Minimum Age: 17 years (for Private Pilot License), 18 years (for Commercial Pilot License), and 21 years (for Airline Transport Pilot License).
✔ Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 or Class 2 medical certificate from an aviation medical examiner.

B. Course Fees & Payment

✔ Course fees must be paid in full or in accordance with an agreed installment plan before training begins.
✔ All payments are non-refundable unless specified under our Refund Policy (see Section 5).
✔ Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Approved Financing Plans.

C. Training & Attendance

✔ Students must complete all flight and ground school lessons as per the program syllabus.
✔ A minimum attendance requirement of 80% is mandatory for theoretical training.
✔ Students must comply with aviation safety regulations, operational procedures, and instructor guidelines at all times.

3. Code of Conduct & Safety Regulations

A. Student Responsibilities

✔ Follow all flight school rules, safety protocols, and instructor directions.
✔ Respect fellow students, instructors, and staff members.
✔ Maintain professional conduct and adhere to aviation ethics.

B. Prohibited Activities

❌ Unauthorized use of aircraft or flight simulators.
❌ Consumption of alcohol or drugs before/during training sessions.
❌ Engaging in disruptive, violent, or illegal behavior.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination from the program without a refund.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

✔ Course Cancellation by Student: A refund request must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the course start date. Processing fees may apply.
✔ Course Cancellation by Master Plane: If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
✔ No Refunds for Dismissals: If a student is removed from training due to misconduct, failure to meet requirements, or safety violations, no refunds will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Use

✔ All website content, course materials, logos, and images are the exclusive property of Master Plane Flight School.
✔ You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
✔ Any misuse of our website, such as hacking, spamming, or fraudulent activity, will result in legal action.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

✔ Flight training involves risks. Master Plane Flight School is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from aviation activities.
✔ We provide training as per aviation authority standards, but we do not guarantee employment or pilot certification as it depends on student performance.
✔ Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

✔ We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
✔ We do not sell or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.

8. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Master Plane Flight School reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
